Been working graphic design freelance for about a year now, been dating the love of my life for 3 years, and currently trying to figure out who is actually hiring at an advertising agency. . for the icon , you try this way ... start - all programs - accessories - explorer - right click - properties - change icon - and select your costum icon . then unpin explorer from the taskbar and re-pin new one .
